By signing below, the property owner/manager grants DULTA access to the property for the purpose of conducting the aforementioned assessment. This access is granted at no cost to the property owner/manager and is solely for evaluation purposes. The assessment will be carried out in accordance with all relevant legal and professional standards, ensuring minimal disruption to the property and its occupants.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Authorization: By signing, the property owner/manager confirms that they have authority to grant access to the property for the purposes outlined above.
No Cost Assessment: The initial assessment is provided at no charge and does not obligate the property owner/manager to any further engagement with DULTA.
Non-Intrusive Assessment: No physical alterations or installations will be performed during the assessment. All activities will be limited to measurements and evaluations necessary for the preparation of the design proposal.
Confidentiality: Any information gathered during the assessment will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of preparing a design proposal for the property owner/manager.
Compliance: DULTA will comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the assessment process.
